Hi Bob,
We had such a wonderful tour that I can honestly say
we have no suggestions for improvement. Deke was so
patient and accommodating. The girls mentioned at least
twice that he seemed to have a sixth sense --he would
show up just when we wanted him and he seemed to anticipate
our needs and desires.
I have told everyone about your company and that it
is the "only way to tour California"! The whole trip
went off without a glitch. We visited the usual tourist
sites but the tour offered so much more than that.
The girls especially enjoyed picking their activities
such as kayaking, swimming, biking and spending as much
time as they wanted soaking up the sights on 17 mile
drive or spending 7 hours in the Monterey Aquarium(no
bus tour would have allowed that). Deke was so knowledgeable
about any area and full of suggestions for things to
do --where ever we were.
It was a fantastic family trip without any hassles
---Grandmom, daughter and granddaughters had a chance
to bond. We shared so many memorable experiences--A
trip of a lifetime! And I can't imagine that we could
have accomplished all that we did in just one week without
your wonderful service.
Thank you for your input when planning our trip --you
chose well when you chose our balloon trip and all our
accommodations were very nice. Our favorite was the
Fountain Grove Inn in Santa Rosa.
Again--nothing but compliments about your service or
Deke. Keep up the good work! Thanks for all your company
did to to provide us with such a memorable trip.
